As most of you all are aware that I cold the EVO just wanted to share my new ride!

Still dont like the face but i have to admit that the car does run nice and it has great road presence.

lol a tolerance...well now that u own one u kinda have to like it...dont want to be bashing ur own car. looks like its really nice and u got in in white w/ gold rim that looks real clean.

 

Overall, how do you like it compared to your evo. Any regrets, surprises, or are there areas where there are clearly big improvements? Thanks

white looks awsome on the new sti that front end looks awsome.

are you going to keep the stock tails??? i know lots of people dont like tehm, but i think they go along with the new looks of the car......

 

I like it! If the evo were not available I would buy that in an instant! I think the general opinion of the new front is not positive but I think it looks better then the previous model!

The evo kicks in hard-The STI is smoothe
It does not feel cheap
Sounds and feel great
DOES NOT HANDLE BETTER THAN THE EVO BUT MY DRIVING WILL MAKE UP FOR THAT
I drove the STI and had it for 1/2 day!
I then drove an 06 GSR and MR then went to drive the STI again and took it home!
I had the mr for 1/2 day too!
The main difference for me is that the evo felt cheap! The power??????? needs MODS
I loved the STI new look and have no regrets.
After driving the MR so long I will tell non MR owners they neew to get some BIll SUSP.

Looks good. I was told the front end is to represent the Subaru of OLD! ie: when they built airplanes. The grill area: round Nose represents the fuselage, and the grill represents the wings.

You will break the bank modding that, to get the HP, Drag, roadracing prowess the Evo has. Let us know when and where you track it, and your "old" buddies on here can meet up with you.

Nice ride, it has cruise control right? I just talked to my buddy about a new car. He owns a 440hp cobra and I let him drive my EVO after he drove an STi, hes buying and EVO this weekend. I guess its all about preferance. Have you lined up with an EVO yet?

Awsome car man.. I know that the 06 is more critizised for the front end but it is still a heck of a car. Looks very very nice, enjoy it!

 

Feel Cheap? I just purchased an EVO IX SSL, dumped my Brand New IS350 and I also have an E350 Sport Package. As you can tell I am aware of what a cheap car is and the Evo is not a cheap car. I thought the interior is although simple is well made and tight.
