Question power window without key in contact

I would like to know if it's hard to change the wiring on a car (whatever car it is) so the damn power window will work even if there is no key in the contact?!?

thanks

there tied into the ign system, i dont think it would be such a good idea because the windows would always be drawing some form of current constantly.
