335i 276whp/300wtq stock
Regardless, you still have to remember that these are basically magazine times. We all know that cars are capable of running better times than what is usually displayed. I think a 13.6 is impressive as well, but I still think there is room for improvement.
I'm also curious about the Mazdaspeed 6, I've been thinking about getting one and would like to know more about this phantom power loss.

i'm wondering if the 335i will give the Evo IX hell on the freeway....around where i live, once the 335i comes out the streets will be FLOODED with them for sure....and i'd hate to be owned by some middle aged woman when i'm just trying to pass her on the freeway lol

It is about time BMW put turbos on their cars, when is Honda going to wake up and do the same? Great find by the way.

i personally think the 335i looks gorgeous as well.
btw Honda just came out with its turbo engine too....the new Acura RDX.
the 335i with its small twin turbo's and aluminum block seem to be obstacles toward big power attainments....but we'll never know until the car actually comes out and tuners start to mess with it.

Review from the car lounge... INTERESTING..... Here is the last paragraph.....
The output of the N54 is impressive at 300 horsepower and 300 lb-ft. But BMW has no doubt left some money on the table. At Geneva earlier this year, BMW Motorsport showed a Z4 Coupe in racing trim that featured a 400 horse, 400 lb-ft version of the same engine. It is only a matter of time before the tuners try to tap the true potential of this incredible powerplant.
Thats right this N54 engine will make its way through the BMW line up,,, and the horses keep going up! Cant wait to see the MZ4 coupe with the N54!
