But since I am going all JDM on the dime....NEXt project(z car) will be all business, domestic muscle and pure speed. If you wanna stick import, id say RB26Det FTW!
Yea it should be pretty sweet when all is said and done. Did you media blast your car before you sent it to paint? If you did what did it cost you ?

Awesome project i showed my dad and he said he used to own one back in the day. He's more into american cars and stuff, but he found it cool wit the whole new 240sx motor. So he was pretty impressed about it. keep us posted.

nope..the car was in good condition it didnt need it. Had no rust, all original paint and no bondo so the body shop is just doing minor body work and then primer/paint it.

THanks guys, Ill keep everyone posted as the project progresses.

Anyways, while Im waiting im doing all the little stuff. Here is the HID modification Im doing. Basically taking the factory sealed beams out...and putting in E46 M3 projectors in and 8k HID kit. This will be for the HIGH and LOW beams. I had to find a light that was 6" diameter, CLEAR front lens(no markings or anything) and was removeable. I searched and searched and finally ended up going to wally world and got a off the shelf "fog light" kit. Cut it all up, sealed it back for the projectors and BAM looks factory. PIcs;

HI- AND LOW

the back;

New VS stock; MUCHO BETTER!
