dont get me wrong its a killer car, the shelby mustang, buttt i could never trade the evo in for that. if i did i would have to grow a mullet and start screaming

Not a big fan of the mustang but the car has alot of potential. A stock evo will not hang with one in the straight line not even in the 1/4, recent mag got 12.7 @ 114.2 stock. As for the handling it pulled .9g stock and stops every bit as good as a z06 in the recent mag. Respect is necessary in my mind. As far as performance the supercharged mustangs have always taking extremely well to bolt ons. With very little money these things will be in the low 11's in the quarter. I prefer the 4 door car, with the awd and love my evo but by no means think the shelby is not bad *** for those who buy em.

other than that probably nothing as far as a sedan, (too young -23, to be movin in a luxury car).

By comparison, the mustang makes the evo look like the drag coefficient champion of the world. And I know they spent a lot of time making that solid rear axle work well, but that was an obvious cost-saving decision.

C6 Z06 would destroy an Evo on track.

GT500 is a bit of a different car though in that its heavy and isn't as nimble as an evo, which itself isn't very light either.

I'll take the shelby anyday

and I think it's stupid to trade an Evo for another Evo, unless you really really like the car. Get something else if you going to upgrade.

My first new car was a '93 Cobra and it was great! I would trade for the Shelby, but I'd be in a X in 2008 or 2009 or whenever Mitsubishi decides to release them.
