i would also say it depends on what you want to do with it. i would buy the srt-4 because it is a inexpensive car that makes a lot of power. you can mod cheap.

Hahaha no one wants the Srt-4 apparently. I thought it would be the other way around.

SRT because you can achieve 500WHP on the stock block.

The RSX type S is clearly a better built car than the SRT4. I mean it looks so much better too.... All you would have to do is drop a Peakboost turbo kit on the RSX at 8psi and it would eat the SRT 4 up.....granted the SRT isn't running sick amounts of boost....keep it fair.

I owned a fully built 1998 Acura Integra GSR putting down 308 whp which ran 12.89's with 2.1 60ft and trapped 115mph all day.......I mean upper rpm in a turboed Honda/ACura same thing is crazy. I just worry about losing control with the car being FWD and so light. I lost it at 130mph in my GSR and totalled last year.....the car was nice. I took several Evos and STI on the street as well as the track.....but most at the track just couldn't launch worth crap.....

BTW I also spanked my boy who has an SRT with stage 2 Mopar....poor dude couldn't even break into low 13's

I flipped 6 times and walked away from that accident with just serious brusing.....though I was knocked out until paramedics arrived....

If build quality was so important, it seems like most people would've chosen the G35 over the "Lancer" (EVO).

I pick the SRT4 because they are much faster stock and they can be much quicker for little money.

rsx.. i had one before the evo, i would buy another one in a heartbeat. great build, great quality, super fun to drive, looks great, fairly cheap, overall its a great package. they respond well to boost if you keep it safe. mine was one of the first boosted in the states and it was a blast.
