I am selling my evo and have to down grade due to changes in my living situation. I havent maid up my mind yet but am highly considering getting a gc8 and eventually doing a sti swap. Anyone here ever owned one or have any good first hand experiance with them?

Yeah there is one with a blown motor for sale for about 3500 and a guy on nasioc is selling 06 sti drivetrain for 7500. So for around 13-15k I could have one hell of a daily driver, plus WAY cheaper insurance.
