Just a bit of an update.. The motor is mounted with temporary motor mounts so I can trace some templates, The engine itself is sitting a little forward and may be a tight fit for the turbo. However The templates I'm tracing will lower the engine about an inch, and set it back about 2 inches.

I'm trying to find a good location for the pump, it looks like I may have to do it "indian larry" style with the pump hanging off somewhere, not my style unless I can find tiny inline pumps to use for the moment.

Their both nearly identical except for the flanges..

This turbo has a flange on its inlet that is about 2-3mm off on its bolt spacing from the carburetor.. if I elongage the holes on the carb's flange, it will BOLT UP TO THE TURBO! NO custom pipe or flanges!

I just need to find a phenolic spacer about the right size as the turbo inlet thats 1/2" thick or so..
You can buy sheet stock phenolic from Small Parts.com Easily machinable, drillable and cutable.

Fortunately I found a good source for Phenolic, Delrin, Nylon, and whatnot, I am purchasing a CNC machine in the next few months, basically a used bridgeport with a stepper motor and controller upgrade, but its expensive and my shop doesn't have the room for it now.

THe cool thing is I can actually create templates for things like phenolic or delrin spacers with O-ring sealing surfaces (no sealer required, so it acts as a reusable gasket and whatnot.

For the moment, I have two projects going on the same chassis at the same time.
