TomsSound....Thanks

I held on to it for years. I think I finally sold it in 1995. It was a street car for 5 years, then street legal but used for racing only. I have a ton of records, titles and trophies in it and it was a ton of fun. After a while I started road racing other cars that I didn't own so the RX-7 didn't see much street or track time. After owning it for 12 or 13 years I decided that it should be racing and not sitting in a garage so I sold it and bought a JetSki. It survived through 3 street cars and the last I heard the guy that I sold it to sold to a guy in Florida who rolled it into a ball in his 2nd race. I don't want to know if it was true or not.

Very fun car....go kart handling, 5.12 gears, 185HP 12A (it could chirp 3rd gear and almost 4th) a true toy in every aspect.

Previous Car

It's actually two cars ago, but it's the only one on my HD at work. Only exhaust and wheels were changed.

Wow!!

I love the look of the NSX, and as far as I knew they are pretty damn fast. What was the main reason for you going to an Evo? Don't get me wrong, I love me an Evo, just ask my dirty shorts. But is the NSX not all it's cracked up to be or are you just a longtime diehard Evo-lutionist?

I've been following the EVO vs WRX battle from the beginning and have always been a die hard EVO fan. The NSX was a great car but it was time for a change. This is actually the second time I've owned a NSX. Believe it or not, I actually enjoy the EVO so much more than the NSX. As far as performance goes stock vs stock, I choose the EVO. The NSX compared to the EVO feels "sterile".
