Cobalt SS
This is more of a vent than anything... I am not that familiar with the cobalt ss other than a "Friend" purchased one and thinks it is the best thing on the road. Always makes fun of the evo.. not sure why? Jealous? He has made some comments about running 24 pounds of boost at some point... with that car is that even possible without a small rebuild. I bel the car runs 10 pounds stock.

he finds every excuse not to race me... which i can kinda figure out why. I would crap on the car, but would be a good waste. the only thing i hate is that his car has Recaros... i did not realize they made seats where the headrest moved ha ha ha

I owned a cobalt SS supercharged previous to my evo, it was a 2005 and they come stock 12.5 psi. With some mods and going to a smaller pulley and such I was at 16psi. If he said he was at 20whatever psi hes lying. They're a quick car at that point, I was runnin low 13s because of bad wheel hop, but they're not close to the evo.

dude i used to work for chevy in smithfield and the ss are great cars for the money but they are cheaply made and dont make good power unless you take off the blower and use a turbo... i have never seen one make more than 280 whp and run faster than a 13.4
