Let's not forget that the US market STi will have to deal with the additional weight the door beams and side/head airbags will bring (which are not reflected in the JDM STi stats). This is one of the reasons the Evo X went up in weight so much.

the front looks like that shark in "finding nemo".
the white color looks good for the crazy tail light.
it is an acceptable package.

This car looks like it will be a great performer, but in the end what matters most is the sales. Which ever company sells the most STi or Evo, wins. It doesn't matter if the STi performs better than the X or vice versa, because neither Subaru nor Mitsubishi cares.

the sti always had more hp. And we know the out come everytime ...untill know.
we will see. But i think the new sti will be faster then the X.
i like the X looks, but the press realeses about the performance is not that great.
Looks like they targeting the 30-50 year old people .
I don't know .i'm still hoping.

IDK. I'm kinda digging on the STI right now . . . but that might change with a few angled shots. We'll see . . .

the tail lights dont really look that bad. For some crazy performance, they could be overlooked.
Its nothing nightshade can fix, more so on a black STi, than any other.

It'll be a performer, no doubt, but IMO it looks horrible.

It might be able to outperform the evo, but it looks like a focus, who wants to live with that????.....i think the numbers are inflated anyway.....subie always over-inflates their numbers.....

It's such a shame that it's a hatch.
