Well, it does look fairly likely. It would probably share a lot with the uber-expensive lexus SC430 and the overall looks in the scanned article (rear 3/4 at least) have a sort of Jag XK/Aston Martin feel to it IMO that it that seems to be the direction the market is heading. I don't think it's too bad an idea for toyota to go for the slightly more mature crowd who wouldn't necessary want to be associated with the modded ricer genre. Perhaps to compete in the coupe market with the Z4 and the like. It won't be like the Supras of old, but then that sort of machine from Toyota is looking more and more unlikely.

As for whether or not it's forced induction, I personally couldn't care less, as long as it's quick...

 

Were saying bye bye to the 2JZGTE because its hard to pass smog in japan and everywere else!!!!! same with the RB24 what a monster but agian smog and other mumbo jumbo for it to pass USDM and JDM etc laws now . So lets just hope the car will atleast run lol ...

Is it official? Well I picked up the latest issue of Road and Track and according to them, it pretty much is official. Rumored power is 350HP@7000RPM and 290TQ@5000RPM from a NA 3.5L V6. A 4.3L V8 is a possibility later down the line.
