I love it. And I think true rally fans should like it. The top performing cars since the heyday of Mitsu TEN YEARS AGO have been hot hatches. The Peugeot, the Citroen, and the FORD FOCUS - which has won the Manufacturer's Championship the last 2 years. Yes, that same Ford Focus that people above are making fun of. I've always said if I could get a Cosworth Focus here I'd buy one in a second.

I know we're all Mitsu guys here, but that usually seems to create a kneejerk towards "competing" cars that I think is usually unfounded. People who can't appreciate another great car (STi, V8s, etc.) need to broaden a little IMO. Thank you for your time

yeh I like the way new STI looks, only if it handled little better, wouldn't mind owning 1.

And if Ford would actually bring the European version of Ford Focus RS, I would get 1 ASAP..

As for Focus JDM bumper pic above, man dont' even start showing pic of garbage body kits. Evo is full of them as well. So don't go there

pretty ugly right?
Yes it's hideous. The only picture that looks good is the one that lowered and from straight on. You can't tell its that hideous hatchback sneaker shape.

The new STI should be a great car_________________ At hauling groceries cause its a station wagon, LOLZ.

Funny when i went to South Coast Mistu in cali they had tons of people looking at new and used evo's- action all over the place. The Subaru dealer across the street had a row of the new STI's with not one customer on their lot.

I agree with those that say it's ugly. They were the more grown up luxurious looking of the two cars, then mitsu took a step up with the Evo and Subaru took about 5 steps back with their new design. I just saw one up close for the first time the other day and it was not pretty.

I kinda like the wide low stance. Not for everybody though. it kinda looks like a really sporty AMC Gremlin

i dont street race but i bet you do. one of two things would have happened he would have tried, or i usally just stare at them till they look over, i laugh, and then they usally floor it. sorry i cant afford a fancy pants gtr, or even a new evo or sti. i think its a pretty stupid investment to spend that much on a car.....thanks for your input though very refreshing

I like the new STi. Hatchbacks are also a little more popular outside of U.S.
