Recommend a good toy/project?
I have first dibs on a 1993 civic hatch, with a 2.0 vtech out of an Integra R.
This is coming out of an auction Saturday.
The kid has it set up as a drag car,, all gutted,, body is really clean.
i guess he also put in lsd, says the motor is at 230whp.
Ill play with it if I get it,, or put it on Ebay latters.

I am not aware of your budget but if you want something RWD that already is fast and decently cheap go for the old M-3 like a 95-96. They do have good brakes and comes with rear LSD.
It will take you a few thousand just to get a Datsun to the level of a older M-3, same thing goes for the Miata.
The S2000 are great but they cost more. A older M-3 will put you close to a S2000 for much less. As per the Porsche, it is also a good candidate, try to get the s though.

theres a guy on here selling a datsun 510 with sr20 swap.. its in immaculate condition.. check it out.. itll make you wanna build 1 soo bad. or you could do a s2k with 2jz swap!
go with a MKIII supra. granted they are not as popular as the mkIV but they are definitly a lot cheaper and just as fun. A buddy of mine has one makin about 400rwhp car is fun as hell and wasnt really all that expensive to build
