Telescoping Steering Wheel?
Telescoping Steering Wheel?
My question is, Can you install a telescoping steering wheel on a car without one. This was concerning the Hyundai Genesis Coupe I test drove. Now I really do like the car that's why I went to test drive it. I realized the steering wheel was non-telescopic. So what could you do to a car that has a non-telescopic steering wheel. Hence a non-telescopic steering wheel is the one you cannot move up or down. I do not think it can be moved at all. Now I may be wrong, but I think you cannot move it at all. So how would you go with moving it to be comfortable for you? Not that it isn't but if you wished to change its position. Thanks in advance!
According to this article: http://www.edmunds.com/hyundai/genes...10/review.html. It has a "tilt (but not telescoping) steering column." As in, it goes up and down.
Oh wow really? I better try out it out again before factoring that option. I was just worried about not being able to move the steering wheel period. But of course I was in the passengers seat. The next time I go test drive it, which I will probably do the driving I will check it out. Hopefully by summer they will have the 2011 model since they introduced the 2010 model in May of 2009, even earlier.
