The car is ugly but so is every other STI ever produced. These cars(Evo and STI) are not meant to be pretty but to offer a high performance sedan in an affordable package. From what i hear they made the suspension a little stiffer and added more power which is definitely where the last generation STI fell short.

If Subaru and Mitsubishi do not continue to "refine" their performance vehicles to appeal to a wider audience then we may lose them and i don't think any of us want to see that happen.

That color is beautiful btw.

Lol it look really bad the front is decent but they forgot to fix the back of the car. It still have the hatch back style tail light look ugly. I prefer the hatchback.

Difficult to tell without seeing it in person. But one thing I can say is I disagree with this direction from Subaru. The hatchs have grown on me over time, and bringing back the sedan seems to own up to a mistake rather than setting a USDM trend. Hatchs are much more popular in other parts of the world. I don't know...to me this car just has so many elements of other cars in the market its not very fresh. Just my .02

Just go wingless and drop it. Then that thing would look sexy!

Really don't like the sedan's styling, though I'd have to see one in the wild. Like the deep blue paint.

I like it. Big improvement. I probably would have considering purchasing the new sedan over my X. I am very happy with my X though.

Now when u go to a Subaru dealership to buy a 40+k STI u get to pick one thats ugly or really ugly.

This band-aid sedan was obviously rushed out to get here cause the STI station wagon sales figures were at the bottom of lake erie.

That ugly POS looks like a Kia, Hyundai, and a Toyota Corolla had a drunken 3-some.

Subaru, who claimed that the STi's styling was based on the needs of its WRC program, pulled out of WRC shortly thereafter, dropping all hope of reaching a given level of street cred. Both, the STi and the EvoX, were landmark mistakes. A perfect example of a manufacturer abandoning its core audience and giving the market what is does not want.

Agreed, again.
