Who here has a ruckus? Seems like theres a HUGE aftermarket following, and they seem like fun little toys.

 

Why not buy a real motorcycle?

 

i have a 03 gsx-r600 and an 06 gsx-r750. Currently shopping for a 1960s frame from a triumph to build, also. Thought a scooter with a yoshi exhaust would be fun (: Used ones can be bought for a grand!

 

Have to get the big ruckus 250cc. I have seen some pretty tricked out ones. Fun to buzz around on.

 

But they look so bulky. i like how the 50cc ruckus' can look. single sided swingarm + stretched (:

 

the 50 is way under powered

 

underpowered? It doesnt have any power! Just thought itd be fun to ride it to the local 7-11 for my morning coffee



This is what im talking about. Now this is a toy!

 

To me this type of bike is a bike that I would only use if I have a farm and I need to go from the chicken fram building to next door pigs farm(200 ft or less). The chasi of this bike is what you would find when you get a chinese import no brand $299 go kart.

I just decided I need one for 1 mile drives to the grocery store for that one key ingredient my wife doesn't have.

 

Rode my friend's 99 ruckus and it was fun. I've never rode on a scooter/bike so the 50cc was enough for me to enjoy it. Albeit, I can see how the accerlation can become slow...fast.

 

Exactly what I was thinking about using it for. Need ketchup? I'm on it. Maybe make a hitch and pull the garbage bin out
