That is f*#^ing s#@t that u get the Mivec. Down here, the best engine in a Lancer apart from the 4G63T is the 2.0L SOHC 92kw
We have the FTO down here, 6A12 Mivec (150kw stock) which is a complete bolt in on a Lancer.
Cheers

The new motortrend compares these two as well the the Focus and SE-R Spec V. They have the Lancer Ralliart running:
0-60 mph in 6.9 seconds and 1/4 mile in 14.97 @90.88 mph
The Subie runs a 8.3 second 0-60 mph and does the quarter mile in 15.97 seconds @ 84.37 mph. Hope this helps.

I dig the new Ralliart Lancer, but it is missing one key feature for me: all wheel drive. My last 2 cars have been awd, and after 5 winters, I can't see myself owning anything but for daily drivers....

Umm, motro trend was paid off by Mitsu. The ralliart beat the Spec V?????????? How in hades did that happen. Oh well they must be smoking somthing. Ill try to find the numbers of the actual Ralliart and not some hopped up one that mitsu gave to them on a silver platter.
Also check out this other review of the ralliart.

press release numbers. R&T did not track the car themselves.Either way, comparing the numbers is just magazine racing. We need someone to take a stock RalliArt to the track and race a stock SE-R V-spec.
One possible reason the RalliArt won, could simply be the the excellent 5-speed...
I beat one of the new subaru RS's. Quite convincingly too. Now had the floor been wet, i dunno. With that said, I recommend the Ralliart over the RS Impreza. But if you're looking for Safety, I guess AWD is the way to go. But if you wanna win, go with the Ralliart!
