but with the Wavetrac and Quaife it plants power to the other wheel when the "one wheel drive" slips. that's what LSD's do. i've been re considering this build. and actually become interested in doing the AWD swap. i understand all the parts i need for it and it seems pretty easy, just time consuming, the only thing i am wondering is...

i want to use my 2.4l eclipse block, even when doing the awd swap, so my question is does the evo 8 trans bolt up to the 2.4l block? if it DOES, then with using the 4g64 block and evo 8 transmission, which flywheel and clutch would i use?? the eclipse flywheel and clutch pack or the evo 8 stuff?

i've looked around on club3g and also read Boston's build thread. but he did the full evo 8 MOTOR swap plus the awd. so for me that's not much help i'm wanting to keep my 2.4l block. more displacement, more torque and still slightly eclipse!

I'm almost positive you have to use evo 8 flywheel and clutch cuz the 3g clutch style for the slave cylinder is push style and the 8 is pull style.

I'm just going to use the eclipse trans and see if it holds up.
and I'm getting ready to buy my K1 crank but i'm wondering, is this even necessary?? or will my 2.4 crank work for this build? i can't seem to find any answers or information on this.
