How the hell did you find one in a dealership? Around here, they are by order only.

Recently there were 3 Black Editions within 30 miles of me (Livermore, CA). Limited yes...impossible to find no.

Paying any kind of markup on any car seems crazy to me.

its supply and demand my friend.... why are people paying $20k for 03, 04 evo's, simple because they are stupid and because the demand for the car..

you paid markup on all of your parts and tuning?! Just a bit bigger scale ;-)

Thats like saying AMS isn't busy building GTR's, they have 12 of them at the shop right now getting worked on!

Sharkbite, you by far had the nicest, cleanest, sexiest evo on evo m but I think you made a huge jump up even from what you had, you just need a carbon fiber hood and roof, lol.

Alpha omega build coming soon or what, lol

117K for a car is crazy. yes the GT-R is outstanding. but come on. then for an alpha 12 or omega kit your talking another 65K and up. congrats to the people who can blow 200k on a car. haha. i know i cant.

Well, I didn't even pay retail for my parts or tuning...so no markup there.

In terms of supply and demand, yes I agree that this is a factor...but like you said people are stupid. Those Black Editions I mentioned sat at the dealers for months before being sold...and I guarantee you they went for MSRP and not the ridiculous price ($20K markup...true story) the dealers were asking initially.

Sorry to go OT...but to the OP...beautiful car.

Alpha 10 with transmission from AMS is 97k so I will not be going that route unless I get sponsorship for a build like that.

I currently own a 2010 GTR.
