Salt water flow cell battery supercar (912 hp)

Apparently the concept car was just introduced yesterday. 912 hp total from four electric motors. A salt water based "flow cell battery" generates 600 V of electricity for the motors. Reserve charge is stored in two supercapacitors. Weighs 5000 lbs but does 0-60 in 2.8 sec and over 200 mph top speed. Most intriguing aspect is of course the salt water flow cell battery. This is apparently a proprietary concept that the company has been developing for at least the last 10 years. Fueled by salt water containing some additional electrolytes whereby flow from one solution through a membrane to another solution generates electricty that the system can capture. Seems that have a working car, so they must have some serious investor backing. More info here:
