How did the car "just die" when you were working on it?

 

is the 99 different from the 97? i have coil packs instead of distributor.. either way, it should still turn over.

buzzing sound around the valve cover? i think the relays for the fuel pump and everything are right there, near the master cylinder- is one of those for the PCM or starter? i'd have to go look and its raining like a **** right now... otherwise, just test for voltage at the starter solenoid and make sure all the relays are clicking when you turn the key to the "run" position.

 

uh....... I think its just a drained battery from leaving the door open and radio blasting too long. Just jump it. that buzzing sound is more like clicking from the starter solenoid
