Does it really need a turbo? ~500HP stock, with the M6 planned to make 550HP with only a few minor changes. That beast is supposed to rev to around 8,000 rpm, and I'm sure it'll have an exhaust note so fierce you'd swear it was Italian.

Sorry, but that thing is just disgusting.

Having some twins on that thing would just be insane. Its too bad that M engines are always normally aspirated. It would be fun to see what they could do with some factory boost. But, I have to admit, when driving any M car, I can't say that I've ever had any problems with what they do, so oh well.

had an M3-- boost is a lot more practical. a lot less expensive to make power, and a lot better gas mileage when you're driving normally.

that engine looks awesome though. I think the headers impress me the most.

It would be sweet to see an M3 GTR or R. A racing version of the M3. Strip it off of its heavy weights and luxury stuffs. Use that inline 6 with a twin turbo or single turbo. Put in some cloth racing seats with a nice wide body kits simplarly to the m3 they raced in the circuit. Wouldnt that be a cool car to have? hehehhhe...

BMWs motors are awesome. Stock 3.0 from 95 M3 can handle 14psi of boost with out popping and I tried

Next step for the BMW evolution is to replace cam shafts with silonod directly on the valves. Hell why not, Injectors work the same way and we don't see them failing much.

Look at the exhaust header

It is coming but the switch from 12v to 43v auto electrics have to happen first.
