Nice car~ How does it compare to the EvO?

 

the paint mismatch is amplified in the pics... in person it's barely noticable...

all cars are like this... it's near impossible to get plastic to match metal when painted with the same paint...

oh, and the rear is the same in the pics as well...

had this same problem on my Mitsu Galant...

 

it doesn't really... it's on par as far as performance... but the Evo holds an edge there...

as far as fit and finish, interior design and style, the Evo is a FAR, FAR behind... the Evo was very "Spartan"...

and while the Evo has a good look of it's own, it can come off as very juvenille, boy racerish, where the S4 looks grown up and sophisticated...

 

diesel, what options did you get? and for how much?

 

Good Pick diesel, definitely ditch those rims and go for the rs8 package, how come you didnt get the blue? U trying to go low pro huh?

 

I got the Premium package, Bose package, and heated seats...

only thing i didn't get was the Navi, and the rear sunshades, which i would have liked to have, but they had none with the option on it...

 

i was very interested in the Nogaro blue, but they didn't have any, and i fell for the silver... i always was a silver guy, but strayed to the dark side when i bought the Evo...

 

Congrats on the S4. I used to have a B5 S4 which I loved. Ever since I crashed it, however, I kind of drifted away from the DTM scene. I'm going the opposite route as you, I'll be putting my down payment in for an Evo in 3 weeks, haha. Have fun with your new car.

I had an S4 before the Evo. The s4 don't have the handling of the evo since its way heavier and 3x more expensive to Mod. But the S4 got the nicest interior and craftmanship, Top notch, better than BMW or MB IMO. Its a nice daily driven car and for highway cruising! Good luck with it!

 

That was well said. If, anyone who loves cars has the time and or money, I suggest driving or buying one of these new S4s before he or she dies. The sensation one aquires from driving this car leaves one in awe. Audi really did their homework. truly a fabulous car. Diesel, enjoy it. Its beatiful man.

I think the CH's would look awesome on the Silver - too bad they are not 19"

Pics do not do this car justice - like most Audi's - This car is soooo much better looking in person.

Is your S4 a 6 speed or auto? I've heard good and bad about both.
