Want to get a top end car that has evo like handling.
I dont want a top speed, i dont care about 180 mph, i just want to get up there faster u know. I would rather get to 150 or so fast then to 200 slowly. Thats my whole thing. I dont have the ***** to go that fast anyways. SHoot 130 or so is fast enouph.
Get an Evo for autox.
As for beating your freinds GTOs and Corvettes from high speed rolls, here is my 4 step plan for you.
1. buy a decent street racing video game.
2. practice till your thumbs are sore.
3. whoop up on your freinds, maybe make some money off of them.
4. be happy you aren't dead, and be proud you don't drive like that on the street.
good luck, if this is impossible than just get a Z06 like others have said but be warned that driving in the rain may take as much courage as your 100+ mph scuffles.

That is great but I am looking for the best 4 door sedan for my baby seat and mother in law..and low insurance. I am going to the dyno to tune the AEM this weekend and am hoping for 550+ what does the new c6 have?
totally agree with pinkman here. it isnt that i need to drive near 175 mph or whatever, but i have to be able to get there fast, and for 30k for my new evo, sounds a whole bunch better than the new s4, or the last generation for that matter. i am a european guru, but for the money i am extatic with my evo.

You can't get them in the states though, so I believe.
Get a Lotus Elise. Smoke the Evo's handling and don't give a damn about being slower in the top end
A used M5 will do quite well on the top end, but for the true bang, you probably cant get much better than a used Z06 or early viper. Might be able to find a used 03 Cobra if the power is all you're about. It sounds like you want a car like the Evo that has more top end potential and is as good in everything else for the same money. That's a tough thing
