Calling out noga
Member I have a dispute with: noga
Purchased: lower bumper mesh grilles from his thread here.
Paid: January 4th, 2012 at 1:52pm EST via paypal with a verified account that I've had for over 5 years.
Sent him a message 2 weeks ago asking about parts because he said he'd ship thems that week (obviously didn't).
Sent him a message Monday, no response.
Sent a message today (1/25/12 at 8:03am EST) after filing dispute through paypal with a message that reads: "I messaged you multiple times on evolutionm.net asking for information regarding the parts. I have not received any response. Please refund my money or ship the parts with a confirmed tracking number." To which, I have received no response or acknowledgement of the dispute.

I have PM'd the seller. He hasn't logged on for almost 2 weeks, but hopefully he responds to this thread.
Also, everyone please read the rules. You are not allowed to comment in a dispute thread unless you have direct knowledge of the situation and are attempting to help.

Hey Kevin I just sent you a PM, I havent had an opportunity to get online recently and Cisco from Strictly Modified contacted me regarding this issue. Again I apologize that you didnt get the product as I gave it to my boss to ship out and he forgot to ship them. I took it upon myself to get them shipped out for you today as I should have in the first place and also provided you with a picture of the receipt. I had no intention on stiffing you on something you had paid for as I would feel the same way if I hadn't recieved something that I had paid for.
