lets see what the true integrity level mxguy really has.. its your choice now to make it right or not..

i put the stuff on the table.. its pretty clear the cams are not functioning as you intended them to be.. whether you knew or not they were damaged does not make it right to rip the end user off after you are now aware they are not functional under any circumstance.

if they were sold "as is" i would just have trashed them by now and took it as a loss, but there was absolutely no sign of not being functional in the for sale ad.

not much to really say.. i didnt handle my sale between howell 100% either.. but i also was going on 48hr no sleep and my head was not fully there.. but ill admit i could of made a cleaner transaction with him as well during the sale..

I will atleast admit and do the right thing when im wrong.. so far you are not doing the same. You are just trying to blame it on Howell that he tried to install them wrong.. even after we told you he has new bf 272 that went right in.. i dont know what more can be said to show proof.

just because i personally did not attempt to install them should not mean a damn thing.. if the product is bad its bad.. i trusted you that it was a good product so i never inspected them or anything.. i just shipped them to my customer and now we are where we are right now..

if they came out of a evo head that had no sign of damage / wear them fine.. you sold the cams without knowing they were actually damaged.. that is completely understandable.. but now that you know something is wrong you are still trying to avoid to make the transaction correct and that is where theres a big problem..

there shouldnt be no thinking about it the situation.. you should do the right thing and return my $ and take your cams back.. clearly they do not work as you thought they did before you sold them..

I just dont get what you're thinking here.. that even though they did not work on howells head they still might work? i dont get it.. howell stated many times he wanted to use the cams but couldn't..

 

LOL clearly you dont want to be proven wrong and just wont your money back because you just plain dont want the cams. I am doing things 100% fair and true. More then one cylinder head in a video all in one video. If they dont fit in one of the heads ill give you your money back. If they fit in goth you will do what you said, issue a public apology and retract this whole thread.

do you think Howell is lying? Howell said he was going to run the cams.. there is no reason for him to lie.. he definitely didnt wanna drop the $ he did on new cams if he could of gotten yours to work..

he also purchased those new ones before i refunded him the $ so that tells me he is not hurt for $ either.. he just needed something to install into his evo and i convinced him the bf 272 was a solid cam to the point he actually purchased brand new set because the ones i sent him did not work..

he didnt even purchase them through me either.. he did it directly.

all heads are equal right? otherwise ordering cams would be a horrible situation for all evo's if the heads would be different like that.

you're gonna find that they dont fit man.. unless howell is lying.. but i am 99.9% positive hes not doing that. the guy is very honest and legit.

This has been going on for a straight day. You guys have gotten nowhere. Made zero progress. Either put your dicks away and figure it out or don't. This thread has gone from a legitimate dispute to just retardation going in a circle.

Oh jesus, its going to be super hilarious if you realize that the 3rd and 4th party buyer/mechanic are trying to install a Evo 8 Cam on an Evo 9 head. Lol, since the intake cam for the evo 9 should be "longer" due to the variable valve timing unit "mivec" on the intake cam gear. I hope you verified this before making a dispute.

 

Buschur cams are only for an evo 8.. no such thing as evo 9 bf 272. Howell's evo is an evo 8. you did not read that he purchased new bf 272 and they went in i guess?

Karl im contacting Buschur Racing first to see if they will inspect the cams and confirm they are good / bad i feel this is safer for both of us.

It is their product and they im sure have good heads laying around as well.

Waiting on them to contact me back now. Then from there i will ship the cams back to you.

If not they are going to them regardless to test them

for now im going to open the cams and take detailed pics since i have yet to do that.. just so i have detailed pics of my own and not somebody elses.

And thats not what I agreed upon. I agreed that I would install these cams into two seperate cylinder heads in one video. If they dont fit your money will be re-funded. If they fit in both they get shipped back and you issue a apology and this thread gets deleted.

 

Sending them to Buschur would be the most logical way to settle this.
