I just filed my dispute through PayPal. I paid $180 for a Graphite Gray Trunk Lid for an Evo 10.
I used my Discover Card as the method of payment, so if paypal doesn't fix it, Discover will.

Seemed like you had a great track record - just seemed fishy to me after a few days of not hearing anything.

Thanks
Brett

Thanks Evan - my claim was closed shortly after opening it and I can expect a refund within a couple business days.

Hope you get this all sorted out!

Thanks
Brett

Even still, if you install a keylogger on someone's computer, which is actually very easy to do if you have access to it, you could never stop them from getting your password other than to detect the keylogger before ever logging in.

Sorry to hear about your situation OP. People are scum, hopefully you can get this all settled with as little loss as possible.
Actually It is, its called removing it and I have a keylogger on my PC/laptop so I know EVERYONE whos touched my pc. he's refunding it anyways through paypal so its all good. The original Admin/C++ guy can script to remove the "save password" as far as someone putting a keylogger on your pc... dont let anyone on it

Logged onto paypal today, looks like a bunch of people were officially refunded today - not just in the process!

Good news

I'm expecting my $180 refund to hit September 10th. Doesn't look like that will happen. ^
I don't understand how PayPal can close a dispute when the funds haven't cleared...

all bs aside.. just check the IP's that logged into his account and done.. if its a different ip then what he typically uses then his stories legit.

but yes that sucks.. if they have your pin to the paypal debit they can drain you out day by day. make sure you get all that stuff changed.

One thing, it says the refund didn't clear because of insufficient funds in his bank account. But as of right now, I still have the money that should have been refunded in my account? Anyone else have that message and still have the refunded money?
