Since we have all his information ehy evom is not taking any action? I could get his real phone number, to his house, i live in canada so i cant do a ****...

 

If u can get his number give him a ring and ask him what the deal is. That way u can find out what's going on. Good job collecting all that info. U will eventually track him down. Good luck to ya. Sucks u guys got screwed. Makes me scared to buy stuff.

 

wow......this is a crazy thread. He at least came on here to try to rectify the situation but it looks like he possibly may have ran out of money to rectify some of the higher priced situations with..hope all of you get your money back

Honestly, I think it's like others have said. He took and interest free payday advance.. Refunded a few people then now he has decided not to refund anymore because he thinks he will get away with it. That's how I see it anyways...

 

For what it's worth - I received my refund yesterday. Word to the wise - it's A LOT easier to dispute fraudulent charges when you use a credit card via Paypal rather than a checking or instant transfer account.

If everyone knew (and obeyed) this, I wouldn't be scanning the Ohio police reports once a day.

 

Unfortunately Paypal doesn't allow you to make credit your default payment (so they make more money). Thankfully I wasn't scammed, but I bought bilsteins + swifts from someone else, and realized after I had finalized the payment that I had used my bank account over my credit card...

 

You are pretty much right, unless you guys are going to file a lawsuit against him which unless you call his local PD give them his Name , address , etc. you probably wont see the money regardless but if you do nothing he's getting away with it
