I was looking for rear end parts whet I got an offer by rubio2325 we agreed on prices and terms of shipping, after a couple of days nothing was done and seller stopped responding on calls and e-mails. I was waiting for 1 week after sending payment for shipping but seller dissapeared (he told me that he totaled his car) I told him its OK I can wait a day or two, but nothing is done till now. I am still waiting on my refund of 780USD and I started a case at my paypal account

This is one of a couple of posts I've seen from you about being "SCAMMED". I know you've been on the board for a couple of years but you're in the Ukraine! Even as a business, I've shipped things to South America and it sits in Customs until they (Customs) wants to release it.

I'd breathe a little bit and relax. Heck, even here on a base, I can only track a package to the APO shipping point and after that I can't track it...Just recently ordered from Old Navy and it took a few weeks but I didn't think I got scammed.

the point is all my purchases are sent to IL60148 to a friend of mine who forwards them to me.
and at this point I cant relax because the guy do not respond on my e-mails and calls and I have no tracking for parts and no parts

that was the reason to open case with paypal and my post here, 12 days passed after payment was sent

yes I have a couple of threads but this is the second when I dont receive the item - first was solved with help of community

Scamming might be a little harsh on this.. but man you have no luck on here! just stick to doing business in UK man.
