i have also bought a set of cams off him. and he hasnt responded to me or even sent a tracking number

 

^ file a dispute now! Paypal can obly do it within 40 days

 

Woo hoo! 40 is the new 45. That means I'm not turning 50 next August! Ha!

I'm going to give him until Monday to contact me or we'll go ahead and restrict his marketplace access.

 

After a long wait paypal will be refunding me my money.

So I think JDM EVO 6 is the same guy. I paid him for some NIB 1250cc FIC injectors. What I received were obviously used FIC 1450cc injectors. I dont mind the fact that they are bigger, but them showing obvious signs of use is not acceptable. After having to pay to send them to FIC to get flow tested and cleaned, I would have paid the same as some brand new ones. I think he is the same guy because the package also came from Panama.
