autocrossers have that issue. I put foam between IC pipes and the chin.

I never had this issue in my rs when it had the crash beam. As soon as I removed the crash beam it started to sag. Now on my ix I've got an hks intercooler and the piping rests on the ix holes at the perfect clearance, holds the bumper up against the headlights lol. I'm gona say the cause is removal of crash beam if there nothing to hold it up, it sags.
