This is the offical bbq thread. Please tell me if you are coming, because the space is limited to 100 people. Also, if you come please tell me what you are bringing. The bbq will be at Gunpowder State Park at the Hammerman Day Use Area. It is pavillion number 3 the Elm Lot.

The cost is $5 per car.

It cost $3 to get into Gunpowder. $8 is not a bad price for food and a bunch of great looking cars.

Also if you anyone that helped me pay the rental fee does not have to bring anything unless you want to.

We will need:
food
soda
ice
coolers
plates
cups
forks, spoons, knives
napkins
charcoal and lighter fluid
anything that you feel that you should have at a bbq

There are ball fields available for use.

Also, no alcohol will be allowed at this meet. There will be underage people at this bbq and I don't want that problem. Also please be respectful of the park rules.

I would like to thank Gennie, Ryan, and George for chipping in $50 each for the pavillion rental. Thanks for helping me with that.

 

Alright... I paid the fiddy but if you NEED me to bring anything just P.M. me. Hopefully people who show up will bring something! Kurt keep a running tally of people who paid and the people that are bringing something

My friend might be comng.... he's a chef If not.... KKKUUUURRRTTT I can DEF bring all the salads... and meats... and utensils... sodas.... lol Tell me what to bring, 'cause I got it all. So are gonna have a $5 cover or something?? Just curious~~

I don't know. The park is already going to charge you to get in.

 

^^^hmmm, well with that being said, how do the few people that put all the moeny in, expect to get something back....I dont mind paying a little to cover some of the cost of the pavillion.

I will set it at $5 per car. I think that is fair. It should recover some of the cost.

lol no $3 is not bad at all.. Maybe we should just have a jar or something and tell people to contribute to the meet... that way some ppl may put more or less... whatever they are capable of. Just a thought~

Yep no prob.... I'll get something together to collect the money. A $5 max? It's up to you but for some ppl who wanted to bring stuff or pitch in somehow but couldn't might want to put in more.... and some people who put every last penny in their car and gas... doesn't have to put in any With the money we collect we can pay back the ppl who contributed and if there is anything left lets put it towards the next meet or free stuff to hand out to ppl at your next meet.... just some ideas
