it wan't the 100% that was retarded, it was the fact that you started by saying "for the most part" it's 100% true.

This is contradictory.

So glad I decided NOT to watch the jets game. It would have just aggrevated me. I hate the steelers, especially when they are good, uugggh.

go pack!

one last thing that I'm sure will draw out the ray lewis comments, but I find it distastefull that Santonio Holmes is released after a DUI, but Ben is retained after sexual assault charges and a 4 game suspension.

the NFL are a bunch of hippocrites to the end

To be serious for a sec, as a guy from west PA and growing up as a Steelers fan, including when they were mediocre at best for many years, this is how I feel....they are just good right now. And with that comes good and bad. The bad is the sh*t talking and all these people jumping on the bandwagon and wearing Steelers stuff in the winter and Yankees stuff in summer and live in FL or something which fuels the sh*t talk. It's lame, like when people loved the Cowboys for 10+ years for no reason. So I can see where non-Steelers fans hate that. But also it reminds me nobody would be like that if they werent good. They are just winners. Ben sucks a lot but when he needs to make a play and a drive happen, he does. Like Bradshaw did. If I didnt grow up outside of Pittsburgh I might not like them either. But I will say I respect the Ravens. Just like Steelers, Packers, any blue collar good defense team. And I think we can all agree we hate pretty boy Brady and the Patriots! haha.

PS: I really hope we win tomorrow and think we will. Thanks to the Jets for knocking off NE and a silver lining if the Jets do by a miracle win will be that Revis played well (go Pitt!). OK, off to watch Pitt F up DePaul in bball cause I did enough chores today....haha

I agree with everything said here. I do realize the Steelers have a lot of bandwagon fans, and sometimes they can be a bunch of jag offs which gives everyone a bad name.

Lol i follow you.. I gave like ten people the benefit of the doubt.

This might be the worst NFL season in history.

Ravens lose to steelers to lose 1st place in division and ultimately a shot at a home playoff game. Ravens lose to steelers. Jets win against NE. Which killed a home AFC champ game. Steelers beat Jets for AFC champ to go to another super bowl. Ravens really blew this one.

Now the steelers will win against the Pack just to top this season off. FML

Rodgers scares me. He has the ability to make the tough throws under pressure, and is a veteran who doesn't get shaken up much. Only way he doesn't have an amazing game is if he is on his *** most of the game.

CBS after the AFC Champ game said that GB has the scariest receivers of anyone the Steelers have faced and I disagree with that statement 100%. The Ravens had the best receiving core in the entire league (they struggled at times, but the best names and resumes for sure), and I would say even the Jets were better than the Packers with Holmes, Edwards, Cotchery, etc.

It was a perfect scenario for the Ravens though. It would have been a tall order for anyone to come into Baltimore fresh after a win at Pittsburgh and take the AFC crown from them.

I think it's been one of the best. So much parody and unexpected wins.

I'd like the Packers to win the SB. I know they'll have 4 SB trophies if they do. The Steelers would have 7 trophies so it's an easier order for the Redskins to catch up lol.

Best names, best careers, best numbers, best EVERYTHING. But they sucked *** all year, the play calling was a joke, no run game most of year, and this all led to a huge waste of talent. Boldin will have a career year next year when they go back to run game, lose Housh and possiblly mason, and give him the ball more.

The best for you because it was fun to watch and because you knew your team was going to be terrible like every year. It was a huge dissapointment for Ravens fans concierding we were super bowl favorites all year and wasted a lot of talent.

Super Bowl favorites for people concentrated around 695, not the rest of the US. Ravens fans should be used to playing second fiddle to the Steelers by now.

You mean this: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/previe...ory?id=5493278

It's from September 2nd. It also has a lot of people picking the Cowboys as NFC champions and 49ers winning the NFC West. How'd that work out? It's preseason, what do you expect? Preseason predictions mean nothing.

I understand loving your team and being a fan, but the Ravens can't beat the Steelers in the playoffs. I don't like the Steelers at all, but most without purple camo on think that

If Pittsburgh plays a solid 4 qtrs they should win the sb... watching the Ravens game and Jets game makes me both sick...i had those 2 pegged to win... i don't know how the steelers keep making it when the pats get off'd early... btw Rodgers has been consulting with Kurt Warner on how to play against the steelers...

btw how do the Bears always give Rodgers fits? esp from a primarily cover 2 scheme? I think the Cheese has the potential of blowing out the Pitt if Pitt stays within their scheme and not look at Bears tape...
