"What is victory? Is it to defeat your enemy on the field of battle? Is it to simply repulse his armies and slay his misguided warriors? No, this is only the beginning!

True victory is to crush your foe utterly, to shatter his armored legions and run down his fleeing troops as they scatter. Pursue them to their lairs and burn them out. Burst into his unholy temples, smash down his icons and topple his foul idols. Burn his heretical works and leave no stone upon stone. Slaughter his followers, their families and their livestock lest any of their taint remain. And when that is done, put the ruins to the torch.

Any that have dealt with them or given them succor must be obliterated, for memory is insidious and though you have crushed their will and their bodies they may yet return. Send warrior scribes to excise the records of their name, expunge their deeds from the annals of history and remove even the memory of your foe’s existence. Only then have you truly won.

That is the meaning of victory."

The Ravens shall have their victory and will secure the AFC North and will continue their march to the Super Bowl.

Actually, myself and many others had them getting 6, maybe 7 wins this year so everything they're doing now is gravy!!

see, i disagree...this is one of those times id agree with u for saying the refs lost us this game silver... because they did. that blown call at the end, the ref not knowing the rules (i was actually screaming at the tv because the ref is a tard...im a stickler for following rules to the letter as i think u know, lol) cost u the game and the division....

on a side note, fisher had a complete brain fart moment that cost us a win today to, so we can all join in sorrows of how our teams should have won, lol

That wasnt a TD, they even said it on ESPN and the announcers even said it, that ref either didnt know what he was doing or he was on the steelers side!

Honestly Evolved I agree with you too, but what I think he was saying was we had 3 trips to the redzone and came away with only 9 points. We left points on the field (ala Mason jumping too soon on that TD pass!).

Although we got jobbed twice by the refs (the phantom 1st down and the TD) I still think we just didn't have "it" last night.....

Skins season is over. They deserve to be done after losing to the Rams and the Bungals and scoring more points than a whopping 3 teams in the league.

I don't care about the Steelers or Ravens, but that was not a TD at the end. There wasn't enough "indisputable evidence" to rule it a TD. The ref didn't seem to know the ball had to cross the plane, and that getting "two feet in" doesn't make it a td.

Now I will just root for every team except for the Cowboys to get in the playoffs. That's right, I'm a hater.

Yea my Steelers have clinched the AFC North!!!! They actually said it should have been a touchdown on ESPN and on Sunday Night Football. The football when Holmes caught it was over the touchdown line and then he fell onto the one yard line. It should have been a touchdown!!! Oh well we still WON!!!

Yeah I'm with Testudo on the overrule. Where the ref's saw "indisputable evidence to overturn that call is beyond me. After the game on ESPN one of the guys brought up a great point. He said if they had called it a TD on the field they're would not have been enough evidence to overturn it either. Basically it was one of those plays that was so close the ruling on the field should have been impossible to overturn because of the " indisputable " evidence deal.

There were some blown calls both ways yesterday. The TD was a TD. But there was also a blatent hold during a punt return that would've cost some major field position. So the calls went both ways.
