Hey Guys,

A family member of mine is having a "classic" Maryland Crab bake, or something like that, in August. He lives about 30 minutes outside of Balitmore. So we decided it would be a good opportunity to take a road trip down from NH.

We are staying at the Mariott Harbor Waterfront, or something like that. Arriving around noon on Thursday and leaving Sunday morning...

What should we check out while we are there? Walking distance or via public transit is good. But will drive for a "must see".

Fogo De chao...good brazilian restaurant that is if you are meat lover.

Rusty scupper- sea food

La tavola- in little italy, across the st. where you staying.

Samos- fine greek food, cash only.

North ave. and sorrunding areas...possible live gun shooting..lol.

This is pretty good advice except for La Tavola. If you're in Little Italy then you need to go to Cafe Gia. It's the newest restaurant down there and the food is awesome. Plus, Gia is my sister .


I could also take you just outisde of Baltimore to Rt 40 and introduce you to some high class hookers .

 

yeah along with port discovery (if you have kids) and the science center too. If you like to party alittle,power plant live is a good time if you're into the bar/live music seen. On friday nights in the summer, power plant offers free concerts of different bands every week.

if you go anywhere out of the harbor area though.... you might want to take a tour guide and a weapon

 

Cherry Hill, the area around Johns Hopkins, and Druid Hill Park.

nothing has ever happend to my car either, i stay out of the city for a reason..

i mean it does have like the number 1 murder rate and Aids rate in the country. not to mention the death rate from drugs is 4 times higher then any other city in the nation..... it cant be that bad here
