no. i just dropped my car off today at CBRD and after talking to Chad and getting his input on what I do and don't, should and shouldn't do and his experience with different brands and the way they fit, work and quality. i will be taking my car there for anything i need. it maybe a long drive but its worth it.

 

So is anybody going up to CBRD for the open house this weekend?

 

don't know if anyone is interested but a group of us from the evoxfourms are going up to arundell mills on sunday to see fast five you all are more than welcome to come along we are meeting at around 7:00.

 

May be going to go look at a new '10 MR (17 miles on the ODO) in the next few days....blue. Keep an eye out. I'll still have my "AWD FTW" tags. Don't think I've seen a blue X around here before.

Edit: Yeah I was wrong. Went back and looked at the ad....this is NOT an MR...it's an Octane Blue SE.

 

Well keep an eye out, folks. I picked up my Octane Blue SE yesterday. I live in Calvert and don't drive much.

 

I think PSM_02_wrx is mad at me because I went to the "dark side"....hell one friend even got seriously butthurt and called me a traitor. Oh well. Jealousy takes many forms.

God I can't wait until this thing is broken in....the temptation to mash the go pedal is almost too much to handle.

Anyone been to the track yet this year? I saw a few Evos headed down 234 a few weeks ago. None that I recognized though.

 

I know a few of us went back at the beginning of March. Haven't been back but I want to go when I get my car back from CBRD

Seen ONE Evo since I've had mine, Mike's WW X GSR a few days ago at Wal Mart in Lexington Park.

 

I'm getting alot done but the biggest hold up has been there was a 5 week back order on the rods that CBRD uses and gsc s2 cams are still on back order so I might have to just go with kelford 272 if I want to get my car back soon

 

Hello MD evos. Just thought i would say hi and pass some info if you didn't already know. Spec-Ops Motorsports and Myself will be up in DC the weekend of the 11th doing a tuning day if anyone needs a dyno tune.

porter i know the feeling my car is still on jackstands in my garage. debating now if i want to bite the bullet and just order the turbo now or wait a couple paydays to save some money. Finally got my trans back from jack and im waiting on my head work to be done. Just another month and i should be up and running. If anybody cares to swing by when we bring the evo back to life is more then welcomed. just let me know.
