Hey just looking for good place to tune my evo ..just put my cams in and Im not sure where to go..didn't hear good things from Atlantic motorsports or ptuning so idk where to go

Both Atlantic Motorsports & PTuning do fine work. Can't believe every rumor/gossip you hear. If you really that concern there's always CBRD in York, Pa or Spec Ops in NC.

 

OP we would be more than willing to help you with a tune. We will be in VaBeach in two weeks to tune one of our drag cars if you would like to meet us then, we can help you out.

Brad Brooks. Great guy to work with.

 

All of the options listed are great shops/tuners. I would not believe all the rumors you hear. I know nothing of PTuning so I cannot comment. Atlantic just did my 60k service as well as full valvetrain and cams. they are also the only ones to touch the car (other than myself) in 5 years of ownership.

needless to say, i trust them without question working on my car.

Chad is a great guy, bought awesome parts from him but never been to his shop. The guys at spec-ops have always treated me with the utmost respect when we had conversations. fortunately you have lots of great options. gl with the tuning

 

Moore Automotive hands down, i've not been impressed by MachV or Ptuning in the past and am now sticking with the moore guys for tuning from now on.

On a serious note, Chad is correct, there are a lot of good shops in the NE. Now all you have to do is pick one!

Great to hear about Moore Automotive. I drive by their shop every day on the way to work. In fact I can walk there! I just brought a 2011 EVO MR and want to find a shop that knows what their doing and charges a fair price. Being my first performance car I'm a bit nervous leaving my new investment to the dealer.

 

ask for chris @ moore automotive. HE did a good job tuning my simple boltons setup. He takes his time. Waddup Mikey
