sorry but there is no 93 octane in KC, its either octane booster or adding in some race fuel if u need the higher octane.

I use xylene in the summer months but don't need it in the winter.

TORCO works really well, you should just buy a case and keep it with ya.

I've searched around for 93/94 octane in the KC metro area and never found any.

Only seen 92 at Amoco/BP stations

At least there is a station only 2 minutes from my house, at Shawnee Mission Parkway and Pflumm. That's generally what I use, unless I need gas away from home.

Then again, mine is stock.

Someone told me that there is a shell station on Roe, near 435. Anyone check this out? I'll look into it more sometime this week and let you guys know.

Compjoc is right. There doesn't seem to be any 93 in the area. I called alot of gas stations this evening.

I read in the manual not to use Octane Boosters, is there a reason for this?

I have heard that there is a station off of 291 and Kentucky road, I think the Independence area that carries 93. It is a BP Amaco, btw I had my car tuned in Chicago on 93 Mobile gas and had no problems coming back to KC and using the 92 BP. Just check your logs for any engine knock and back off the timing accordingly, you should have the knock control turned on for safety reasons while on the pump gas map.
