Hey, all,
I recently moved into the area and have a yellow '03 Evo 8. Are there any import nights in or around Cleveland?
Also, is there anyone in the area you'd recommend for simple bolt-on stuff like a boost gauge and cat-back install?
Take care,
Franc

Is the Thursday night thing at Quaker Steak still going on? There's that and Sunday nights in Akron, but I don't know the full details about that since I never go. Where do you live? I live in Mentor, which is on the east side.
As far as doing simple bolt ons, try to do them yourself or with a friend so you can learn. It's awesome being able to work on your car yourself and you save a ton of money. I'm sure somebody on here would be willing to help, especially if you are in close proximity!

BTW, does anyone happen to have contact info for Slick Motorsports?
Thanks again,
Franc
I agree that working on your car yourself is great but my main problem is that I live dwntown and don't have anywhere to work on the car. I had a fwd-t 1990 Laser before the Evo and I changed the clutch myself twice, installed a turbo-back exhaust, swapped out springs, struts, etc. so technically the bolt on stuff shouldn't be too much of a problem but it's not having workspace, jack stands, and that sort of stuff that makes it difficult. I didn't do any mods to the Evo until my 5/60 expired last year since I was worried about having the dealer give me a hard time in case of warranty issues.
