I ran MAM last year, it's a fun track. The front straight is fast, I was hitting close to 120mph. I want to get out there a few times this season if possible.

 

Yeah it has been a while. Pikachu is gone now, I got a Black IX (I always think of golf when I say that) a couple of weeks ago.

Justin doesn't race anymore or has he turned to the straight line stuff? I heard he and Kristi are engaged now.

The other dates we have planned for Shawano are June 24th, July 16th, and August 13th. We will probably add another at the end of the season but I can't say that for certain.

Anyone who wants to sign up is more that welcome. I consider this track to be an excellent bridge between an autocross and a more traditional big track. Everyone who goes has a blast, whether total newbies or seasoned track warriors.

It's a great learning experience for people who have only done autocross before because the turns and speeds are fairly similar to those found on an autocross course, but with the elevation changes and longer runs (up to 15 minutes) of a bigger track. I'm sure Tim will agree with me.

 

Oh yeah, it's a fun course and the elevation changes make it that much better. Congrats on the IX.

I think it would be cool to get some Iowa people together and make it to one of those events. It was a blast last year

 

I would like to have a meet, thats a great way to get to know people who share the same interests!

So far I saw a white one at the jordan creek mall, and i saw a black one pull into the gas station/mc donalds off mills civic. I live right down prairie view at Turtle Creek. Im sure the black and white one is one of you guys on here.

I just moved in From IL and its quite boring, Im happy to see there are some evo guys on here. Im up for meeting anytime around the area.
