didn't work out. not many evo's in the area in my price range (sub $20k). Kinda difficult to get much further away since my fiance hasn't moved up here yet and i haven't made enough good friends that would be willing to drive me a few hundred miles to pick on up yet.

 

Multiple DSM owner here in Iowa City, don't see too many Evo's.

 

Not a lot around. The only roads mine sees are road courses.

I am in Cedar Rapids. There is 4 evos in CR that I know of. And I'm pretty sure I have one of the two RS in the state.

 

Well I'm definitely not a newbie to this world, as I've been around the Mitsu scene for awhile now.

Although I do not have my OZ Rally anymore. She is currently RIP.

there a lot of work when something goes wrong, but nevertheless a great car to own.

 

are there any shops in iowa you recommend if something does go wrong?

 

Not in Iowa that I know of or trust, but Modified by KC in Kansas City is top notch. I've had trans work done and had them install 1000cc injectors and tune mine for e85. I'm very happy with their work. Great group of guys there!
