Alright.. well I'm glad to read that none of you guys are bias against an OZ joining the bunch. I'm a true Mitsu girl, and although I may not own an Evo right now I will one day. (Damn insurance rate of mine). haha. Anyways, lemme know in advance about meets, I'd be glad to come out and meet some new people.. I guess that why I started going to Nebraska meets, to get out there and meet new people that have the same passion about Evo's, Oz's, Ralliart's, and Lancer's in general. Trust me I've got a huge passion for cars, especially Mitsu's... lets just say I'm not yur average female.. hehe.

What's a good spot n DSM that we could all meet up at say mid June? How does mid June sound for everyone? You ask me.. the sooner the better, but begining of June I might be heading out to MN to take care of some family issues. Lemme know for sure whats going on and if anyone needs to reach me I'm on aim, yahoo, and msn.. plus my e-mail.

 

Yep, the next meet is going to be june 7th. Hopefully the manager will remember to set the cones up, so we can have the entire front row.

 

June 7th !?! - Time to take the cover off, washed and started up for the year, hopefully. I have been so busy with my new job, house work, weekend job etc, I have had no time to mess with the MR. I still need to break it in. It has 16 miles on it... , smells brand new though, I bet!

Madog - When are the June and July auto-x's at Southridge? We could "kill two birds with one stone" Start the meet there and head off to lunch or something. It will be a great photo opp for us!

 

Yep, thinking this is going to be a good meet. Hopefully, a few of us will be there with our new setups. Couple of guys with some nice turbos, and me with a new suspension .

I had heard that there was autox's at southridge, but never really seen any. I'd love to do that maybe....i only live about 2 blocks from the airport anyways.

And only 16 miles on your car??? how long have you had it? get that thing out and drive it!!

June 7th is out for me, MN for family problems.. and if I don't have to goto MN I doubt I'll be able to come cause I've got family from AZ coming down from the 6th to the 8th.

So we will see.. maybe the next meet.

 

I ordered it last summer and took it home the day after thanksgiving (giving thanks to myself) and drove it for a bit and parked her for the winter! But, I also have my 05 Tundra I drive everyday, so the Evo is more of a weekend fun car.

Anyways, I need to drive it so break-in is complete and I can install my mods for it

Anyways, we'll wait to hear from Tim about the auto-x!

 

Don't be bummed, lily! I am sure we will have others. I definitely want to make sure that we guys meet and stay in touch.

 

Josh - you have been mentioned on dragsource. Glad you checked in. I need to find the guy who owns the other grey MR here in town now and we should have most of the evo owners rounded up!

 

I dont know if they are already on here or not, but the guys at elite styling and sound on 63rd have a black evo. I saw them at eddyville a couple of weeks ago. We raced a couple of times, I'll try to get them on the forum.

 

Well back on the forums again... let me know what's going on. Old guy but still enjoy seeing other fine EVOs. Only a few in the CR area (though I always see a white one near Fort Dodge when I'm driving to Sioux City on Hwy 20...).

The autoX at Southridge is Sunday June 18th.

It is a pre-registration only event for the first 100 people, so if you wanna compete make sure you register ASAP

I'm free to meet up anytime. My weekdays (after 5pm) and weekends are free till June 18th then free again till July 10 (Going back to Gingerman Raceway for the WMHM6 event, which if anyone is interested let me know, it's gonna be a blast!). So just let me know when anyone wants to meet up
