Yeah, was definitely hot. I was a little cooked from getting the car running on Saturday as well. I picked a bad weekend to spend in a 100+ degree garage under a car!

Despite whatever my boost issue is, I'm still surprised at how quick the Evo is. I might concede defeat and let a professional finish the project. I know I don't want to take the head off again to go to the solid lifters. Stroker kit might be nice too, not sure what I'm going to do yet.

Any more Iowa EVOs planning on coming up for the All Mitsu Cookout. We already have 15 EVOs signed up. Minneapolis isn't very far from the Des Moines area. Details at:

later,
Curt

Buy new gaskets, you might be able use your stock bolts though.

gerth - I would suggest using replacements, buddy. The greddy comes with a gasket (metallic looking with dimples on it) and I would suggest using one.

My DC downpipe did not come with any gaskets. I don't know if one would be needed for the front end by the 02 housing. Just the donut there is my guess!

Do you have the mechanical 02 fix? Else, you may get a CEL

Yea well it didn't come with anything just the piping and ****, where would i be able to get one, i think a regular gasket should be fine, as for the mechanical 02 fix no i do not have it yet so i will throw a cel, i will be getting one though just not right yet.
