Looking for workshop in Chicago (air intake)
Looking for workshop in Chicago (air intake)
Hi guys,
Just a quick question: Where can I find a workshop that will replace my aftermarket air filter? It's one of those cone-shaped Apex-i ones. The whole thing came loose and I want to get it replaced. Would go to AMS but they are totally booked out for the next 2 weeks, plus I live on the South Side so AMS is a bit of a drive.
Thanks!

Buying the item or installing it? Buy it online, ill install for free if you meet me at my house, should look into a tune too -I could be of assistance there too, just ask around for "Kunal" aka kuniiizzzeee and his tunes

If it's just loose you don't need to replace it. Just make the ring tigher. If you don't see a ring at the base of your intake with a screw on it... look on your pipe. It may have come off. If you still don't see one, go to a hardware store and get a new one.
But, if you want to replace the filter I have to agree with inco, order one online that matches what you have and it's a very easy install.
