Things worked out for me.

 

If anyone has a tune from a different tuner in the area and wants us to examine it and let them know if its safe, reliable and if there is any room for improvement we will do just that. We won't be shy to tell you if it is, or if it should be retuned. Honesty is number one here.

We will do this at NO CHARGE. So if you are unsure if you got what you paid for or if your tune is unsafe. Bring it by AMS for a free Tune analysis.

Nothing cute about it. We have tuned more evo's than anyone in the Chicagoland area. People are asking who's tune they should go with. We are offering a FREE service to examine peoples current maps. That way if they want to get tuned by someone else they can go get a second opinion on the service. They don't have to come here and have it checked. We are merely letting people know that the option is there.

We have seen a lot of cars tuned elsewhere come in here that are fine, and we tell the customer just that. We are not the only ones that know how to tune.

We have seen even more that should be retuned and that are flat out unsafe, at which point we tell the customer.

We have nothing to hide, nor will we.

If the other tuners in the area are doing things like they should be done you will have nothing to worry about. If anything you will have an accredited shop backing up your work

Devo Tuning FTW!

Adam rebuilt my trans and haven't had any issues with it. He also got my car back to me in a couple of days. Plus he didn't charge to much for parts and labor. Also he fixed my downpipe for me which doesn't rattle anymore.

His shop will not have any issues any more for the most part. He fired his old help and is on top of everything thats going on in his shop.

As long as Adam works on your car you shouldn't have any problems.

As far as tuning goes Kunal is the way to go. If your looking for a sick tune from someone who knows what there doing talk to inco9nito99. Best bang for your buck. I literally know 5+ people who have tunes from him and no one has ever complained.

As far as tuning goes I had three different 35r turbo kits on my car. By all means I would not trust anyone else but Adam from Devo or AMS Performance. I was tuned 4 different times with adam and the funny part is im still on stock block and I daily drive the car and sometimes put race gas in it during the weekend and the engine doesnt seem to have any signs of bad tuning. Havent triend Ams yet but I hear good things about them....

 

I personaly had my car tuned at AMS and they do amazing work reliablity and safe A/Fs come first and if you want them to push it to the max all you have to do is ask!

 

Lets put it like this, you can have your car tuned at ams which is done in a safe enviroment on a dyno, or you can have it done by someone else who has to do it by flying up and down streets or speeding. I dont wanna hear any hogwash about well you can do it without speeding sorry but last time i checked a cars tune gets tested in 3rd gear. Ive seen a tune come out of devo tuning and it looked half A$$ed, but im not trying to bash adam because he is a good guy

I personally had my car tuned at ams. Chris did the tuning and he is a very good guy, answered all my questions and never rushed. Between him, eric, and santiago (sorry not trying to leave anyone out up front but i always end up talking to one of the two when im in there) they can answer any question you have. Are there parts a couple dollars more then everyone elses yea, but there quality and customer service is top notch

 

How can you say you seen cars come out of DEVO and the tune looked half A$$ed. Besides the point since you know how to distinguish between a good or bad tune couldnt you just tune your own car. Yea I used both places to get my car tuned and yea I think both AMS and DEVO deliver outstanding service and products to the evo community.

 

It was one car not cars. This was one of my buddies cars. I dont need to get into detail about how it was discovered it was wrong, but when you see a/f ratios at 12:5 and 24 psi of boost on pump gas. Anyway he admitted it wasnt right and he fixed it. I dont know how this car was tuned didnt ask and i dont care he just told me he had devo do it well there were takin care of a couple other things.
