Need tuning help...
If you're doing a mail flash, I would probably call my friend Tamer first. He's a great tuner and willing to help you get your Evo tune right. Highly recommended
His website is http://4wstuning.com/. Good luck
If anyone's a travelin' tuner, add one more contact for St. Louis opportunity to tune if the time is right. Perrin and a few others have offered a mail in, some with more conditions on what mod parts I have.
Obviously the best tune is one done with the car under some load and instrumentation collecting metrics on my particular combination of 'stuff' under the hood. And in the tank. I hear that some city anti-pollution additives are worse than others for performance. (And I don't just mean CA. Well sorta do. All of CA ;-) Poor guys, BP gas sucks. )

Jorge@P&L motorsports gets down to Axis/Raw down there quite frequently for subaru work. I'm sure if you could get a hand full of people together you could get one of the traveling tuners on the site to head down there.
