This thread is laughable at best! Evo meet in STL...Riiight. I think the closest thing to an evo meet I've had in STL was the time Terry and I met up in the biggest snow storm of the year at the west county mall. 10:00 at night, lots of snow, empty hwy, good times were had! I'm down for a meet where ever. I drive alllll over this damn city now anyway.

Counting me, there were 5 at the track this weekend at Putnam Park. 2 looked pretty stock in the HPDE groups and I didn't get a change to talk to them because of conflicting schedules. Another was an MR that was just sight-seeing I guess. The other was doing some TT and now has a hole in the block. Mine is just fine!

^^^Awesome! What were you there for...just HPDE or were you doing some timed competitive runs?

And on another note...I noticed that the IL window tint thread has more traffic than this. Lame!

I actually sent a nice detailed email to a local

dealership trying to entice them to host a little something. Figured it'd help out with business for them too.

Reponse - zilch. Let ya guys know if something comes of it.

I'd be up for a meet. I haven't been to one in years. I'm in south city, but I'll go pretty much anywhere within reason. Despite the cynicism that abounds here, meets ARE do-able. I've been to Drift STL meets with like 30 guys. Obviously, if it's only evos, it's gonna be smaller, I don't know how everyone feels on other makes and DSM guys and such attending...
