MN group tire buy?

Final pricing and fixed the phone number

Discount has six sets of Conti's in stock that need Evos

Continental ContiExtreme Contact - $126 each + tax (only $504 + tax for 4! = $536.76 taxed)

Price is for 235/45-17 with a 186 mph "w" speed rating.
The deal includes everything - stems, mount and balance, disposal if needed, lifetime tire rotations, and the pro-rated life time warranty.

To get in on the buy, call Discount Tire in Plymouth at 763-559-5412 and ask for Zak or Dave. Tell them you are calling for the "Twin Cities Group B Club Tire Buy".

Expect to put 1/2 down on a CC to get your tires ordered.

Scheduling is set for 8:00 AM Saturday, November 1st, but if that doesn't work we can set up times individually.

For other tires (even non-Evo stuff), call them and mention the club - they should offer some discount for our group pricing.

Confirmed Tire buyers

1) Erioshi - Ordered
2) Trigeek37 - Installed
3) evodemon - Ordered
4) Kirk - Ordered

"Tire kickers"

1) wu343
2) DeZaVu

Some long-term news - These guys are willing to work with me to set up standard discount for all of our orders. They want to take a look at how this deal goes (they hear alot of talk...). If we can get 5 or 6 people to buy, I'm pretty sure we can get a standard discount set up for all of our tire purchases. Next spring that will be nice for summer and track tires

On a related note, we should get organized as a club. I get 20% off parts as a club member at the local dealer, and he's asked me to get a members list together so others can get the discount.

So Vu what really did happen to your mirror?

IMHO: I'd go with the Yoko AVS Winter tires instead. Then again, what do I know... I'm only the older brother.

vr430 - I was talking about more options for summer wheel and tire choices. I'm going to use my stock rims as my winter wheels.

yeah, that's what i'm planning on doing too! stock rims for winter tires, and then maybe some jdm rims for summer... ionno...

yosmiley - i was driving northbound on dale st. at about 4 am when i saw a black guy standing in the middle of the road, like i told you. slowed down to swerve from him, but he swung something at my car and busted my mirror. not to start anything, but chasing a black guy at night isn't any fun...

Update: Vu, let me know when you get your EVO back. I'll help you plug up the leak.

Back On Topic here: How many tires are involve in this group buy. I'd like to see what's offered and we'll take the best deal. Hit us up with some more info.

Update:

Mike,

Have you gotten your set of tires yet? I'm looking at the Rage Breakers 17x7.5 and Nokian WR for my winter setup. I'm gonna need to put on some STi mud flaps as well... unless I can get some knock off for cheap.

Keep me posted as I'm still looking locally for a setup. Here's the price that I've gotten from the net and local tire shot...

Rage wheels will run me $468.00
Nokian WR will run me $750.00

Unless you know any other local shop that can get me this setup for less?

Vic
