ATTEN: E85 users

Just an fyi i talk to POC ( Palatine Oil Company) tonight when i was there fueling they are distibuter of e85 to many stations are there chicago land area. they are going to be switch to winter blend sometime around Nov. 1st or so. when it come around i will find out more exact date and keep everyone posted. as i was told they will go from 85% to 75% enthonl.

shall i stay with the same tune(for E85) or have to retune?it's going to be my first winter.thanks for letting users to know.

Make your life a lil simpler and get two tunes, e85 & 93.

From what read and correct me if im worng but it should make you run rich but im not 100% sure on that I would ask your tuner

The less ethanol content the richer you will run, you're correct

So if you want the yr round tune is it better to tune for e85 or e70? I'd rather go rich than lean so it seems to make sense that we'd want to tune on e85.

Get tuned on E85 and you car will run richer once it drops down to E75 at the pumps. Or learn how to tune your car and adjust the tune yourself when the blends change
